1 lb Salmon (454grams) - I used Wild Sockeye Salmon
3-4cloves of garlic Minced
2Tbsp Lemon Juice or juice from 1 lemon
1-2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of Coarse Sea Salt
Fresh ground Pepper - generous if you like pepper
Creamy Dill Sauce:
⅓ cup Yogurt
3Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 small clove of garlic, finely minced
1 tsp (heaping) dried Dill
1 tsp Honey
Coarse Sea Salt (small pinch)
Fresh Ground Pepper
Instructions
Place Salmon on a lined baking dish. Season with Salt and pepper, gently arrange the mince garlic on the top of the salmon, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Place in 400 degree oven and bake for 10-12minutes or until fork flaky.
While the salmon is baking, quickly prepare the cream dill sauce.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayo, garlic, dill, honey and salt and pepper.
Drizzle your cooked Salmon with dill sauce and Enjoy!
