Roasted Asparagus

Serves: 4
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2Tbsp Olive oil
- 1-2cloves of garlic minced
- Pinch of coarse Sea Salt
- Fresh Ground pepper
- Break the ends of the asparagus (more detail above in post)
- Place on a lined baking sheet and toss with Olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt and ground pepper
- Bake at 400 degree for 15-20minutes or until tender.
