Chocolate Covered Trail Mix

- 3-4cups of trail mix (dried fruits and nuts)
- 1 - 11/2 cup of good quality chocolate chips
- 1-2 tsp of Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Course Sea Salt
- ½ tsp dried Lavender
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
- Spread the trail mix on parchment paper
- Drizzle ⅓ cup of chocolate over each mound of trail mix
- Sprinkle the flavoring options over each mound (if desired)
- Toss with your fingers
- Allow to cool and harden.
