Ingredients
  • 1 cup of almond milk, divided (you can use any type of milk you want)
  • ½ cup rolled oats (if you have celiac disease make sure you find Gluten free oats)
  • ¼ cup yogurt (if you are dairy free you can leave out)
  • ***Next add you favorite toppings, see above for some ideas
Instructions
  1. Add ½ cup of the milk to a 12oz (340 gram) jar
  2. Add the rolled oats to the jar
  3. Add the yogurt (if desired)
  4. Then add you favorite oatmeal additives.
  5. Top with the remaining ½cup of milk, you maybe use the whole ½cup depending on your toppings, just make sure the liquid covers the toppings.
