Overnight Oats

Serves: 2
- 1 cup of almond milk, divided (you can use any type of milk you want)
- ½ cup rolled oats (if you have celiac disease make sure you find Gluten free oats)
- ¼ cup yogurt (if you are dairy free you can leave out)
- ***Next add you favorite toppings, see above for some ideas
- Add ½ cup of the milk to a 12oz (340 gram) jar
- Add the rolled oats to the jar
- Add the yogurt (if desired)
- Then add you favorite oatmeal additives.
- Top with the remaining ½cup of milk, you maybe use the whole ½cup depending on your toppings, just make sure the liquid covers the toppings.
