Spiced Pear Sauce

Serves: 6
- 10ish Anjou Pears (or whatever pears are on sale)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp pure Vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Skin, core and slice the pear (the smaller the chunks, the faster they will cook) then place in a large sauce pan.
- Add 1 cup of water
- Cook in medium heat for about 20 min until the pears are really tender
- Pour the soft pears into a blender and puree or use a immersion blender
- Chill and store in a airtight container.
