Spinach Pesto

Serves: 6
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- ⅓ cup Olive oil (more may be added if needed)
- ¼ cup almonds
- ¼ parmesan cheese (can be omitted for vegan)
- ½ lemon or ¼cup lemon juice
- Pinch or two of Sea Salt
- Generous Ground black pepper
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blenderize.
- Scrape sides as you every once in awhile.
- Toss with favorite pasta or add to favorite dish.
- Enjoy!
