1 cup milk of your choice (cashew, almond, coconut, goat)
1 cup water
1 tsp Turmeric (ground)
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp ginger (ground)
Pinch ground black pepper (don't leave out, aids in bioavailability of turmeric)
1tsp Honey
Instructions
Pour the water and Milk into a microwave safe dish (I use a measuring cup) and add all spices and honey. Give it a quick whisk or stir (spices won't mix in until it's heated)
Heat for about 1 min to 1.5 minutes in the microwave (also can be heated on the stove)
Now whisk or stir vigorously until the everything is well combined.
