Salmon with Sage and Red Onion

Ingredients
  • 1.5lbs Salmon
  • ½ tsp coarse Sea salt
  • 1 heaping tsp Sage (dried)
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • ½ cup red onion (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • Fresh black pepper
Instructions
  1. Place the Salmon skin side down on parchment paper covered baking sheet
  2. drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle Sage, oregano, salt, on salmon evenly
  3. Top with red onion and garlic
  4. Bake in Oven at 400 degrees for 15-20minutes (more or less as needed)
  5. Remove when flesh is opaque and flakes easily with fork
  6. Enjoy!
