Salmon with Sage and Red Onion

Serves: 6
- 1.5lbs Salmon
- ½ tsp coarse Sea salt
- 1 heaping tsp Sage (dried)
- 1 tsp Oregano
- ½ cup red onion (diced)
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- Fresh black pepper
- Place the Salmon skin side down on parchment paper covered baking sheet
- drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle Sage, oregano, salt, on salmon evenly
- Top with red onion and garlic
- Bake in Oven at 400 degrees for 15-20minutes (more or less as needed)
- Remove when flesh is opaque and flakes easily with fork
- Enjoy!
