Simply Roasted Cauliflower

- 1 package of frozen Cauliflower (organic is best if it fits in your budget)
- 2ish TBsp EVOO
- ½ tsp course Sea Salt (good sized pinch)
- ¼ tsp black pepper or liberal dose of fresh ground pepper
- 2Tbsp - ⅓ cup sweet onion, diced
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place frozen cauliflower on lined cooking sheet.
- Add salt, pepper, olive oil and onion and toss to ensure even coating
- Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Toss and Turn cauliflower halfway through baking.
