Simply Roasted Cauliflower

Easy and versatile! A healthfully delicious side dish!

Ingredients
  • 1 package of frozen Cauliflower (organic is best if it fits in your budget)
  • 2ish TBsp EVOO
  • ½ tsp course Sea Salt (good sized pinch)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper or liberal dose of fresh ground pepper
  • 2Tbsp - ⅓ cup sweet onion, diced
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place frozen cauliflower on lined cooking sheet.
  3. Add salt, pepper, olive oil and onion and toss to ensure even coating
  4. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Toss and Turn cauliflower halfway through baking.
