Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Using ¼ cup measuring cup, place onto hot griddle (with a little butter or oil to keep from sticking) and spread out burger using your fingers or back of measuring cup
Cook about 5 min on each side
Place on bed of salad and top with Feta Cucumber salad (above)
