Naked Greek Turkey Burger with Feta Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • 3 slices whole wheat bread (processed into bread crumbs)
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3Tbsp chopped fresh oregano (1-2tsp dried oregano)
  • 1ish Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (1 tsp dried parsley)
  • ¼ cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • ¼ chicken broth
Instructions
  1. For the Burgers:
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  3. Using ¼ cup measuring cup, place onto hot griddle (with a little butter or oil to keep from sticking) and spread out burger using your fingers or back of measuring cup
  4. Cook about 5 min on each side
  5. Place on bed of salad and top with Feta Cucumber salad (above)
