2 small cans of green chilies (I actually had some hatch green chilies in my freezer so I used those)
2 cans black beans, drained (I use my frozen black beans)
½cup frozen corn
5 cups of Chicken broth
Instructions
Toss all the ingredients into a crockpot and stir to combine. Cook on high for min of 4 hours and low for min of 6 hours.
You can also cook this yummy soup in a large pot or dutch oven. It can be ready in as little at 30 min. The longer soup cooks the more flavorful it will be!
