Lentil Chili

- 1 bag of lentils
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (assorted colors)
- ½ celery, diced
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp (heaping) Sea SAlt
- ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- Toss everything into crockpot and stir to combine.
- Cook on high for at least 6 hours or low for 8-12hours
- Serve and Enjoy!
