Ingredients
  • 1 bag of lentils
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (assorted colors)
  • ½ celery, diced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp (heaping) Sea SAlt
  • ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp fresh oregano, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can Tomato sauce
Instructions
  1. Toss everything into crockpot and stir to combine.
  2. Cook on high for at least 6 hours or low for 8-12hours
  3. Serve and Enjoy!
