Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Serves: 6
- 1 Lb Brussels Sprouts, washed
- 2-3 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive oil
- Course Sea Salt, generous pinch or to taste
- Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar, splash or two (optional)
- Cut off the ends and half each sprout
- Put on lined or oiled baking sheet
- Add oil and salt/pepper and toss to evenly distribute
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 min until browning and crispy in places
- Can toss with Balsamic Vinegar is wanted
- Enjoy!
