Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  • 1 Lb Brussels Sprouts, washed
  • 2-3 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • Course Sea Salt, generous pinch or to taste
  • Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar, splash or two (optional)
Instructions
  1. Cut off the ends and half each sprout
  2. Put on lined or oiled baking sheet
  3. Add oil and salt/pepper and toss to evenly distribute
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 min until browning and crispy in places
  5. Can toss with Balsamic Vinegar is wanted
  6. Enjoy!
