Vanilla and Almond Butter Overnight Oats

High protein and Fiber breakfast perfect for a person on the go!
Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (you can use your favorite milk or milk alternative here)
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp honey (if you used plain greek yogurt, feel free to bump this to 1 tsp. Allulose is also a great alternative)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients, except strawberries, in a mason jar and shake until well combined. (if you are using frozen fruit, you can add now)
  • Store in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning, mix well, and add more milk if needed for the desired consistency. Top with strawberries.
