Vanilla and Almond Butter Overnight Oats
High protein and Fiber breakfast perfect for a person on the go!

Ingredients
1/3
cup
old fashioned oats
1/2
cup
almond milk
(you can use your favorite milk or milk alternative here)
1/2
tbsp
chia seeds
1/2
tsp
honey
(if you used plain greek yogurt, feel free to bump this to 1 tsp. Allulose is also a great alternative)

tbsp
almond butter
1/4
cup
strawberries
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, except strawberries, in a mason jar and shake until well combined. (if you are using frozen fruit, you can add now)
Store in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, mix well, and add more milk if needed for the desired consistency. Top with strawberries.
