Healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
1/2
cup
brewed coffee or your favorite espresso shot (tea can be subbed for lower caffeine)
1/2
cup
unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)

TBSP
pureed pumpkin (canned or homemade)
1/2
tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1
tsp
Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice, honey, stevia, monk fruit or Allulose, adjust for desire sweetness)

Dollop
Whipped Cream (optional if you are feeling decadent)
Instructions
Heat Milk in sauce pan or microwave
Add all ingredients to a large mug
Stir or wisk vigorously (I like to use a small automatic handheld wisk)
Add Whipped cream if you are feeling indulgent
Enjoy every drop!
