Healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee or your favorite espresso shot (tea can be subbed for lower caffeine)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 2 TBSP pureed pumpkin (canned or homemade)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice, honey, stevia, monk fruit or Allulose, adjust for desire sweetness)
  • 1 Dollop Whipped Cream (optional if you are feeling decadent)

Method
 

  1. Heat Milk in sauce pan or microwave
  2. Add all ingredients to a large mug
  3. Stir or wisk vigorously (I like to use a small automatic handheld wisk)
  4. Add Whipped cream if you are feeling indulgent
  5. Enjoy every drop!
