Acai Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup Almond milk + some to thin it while blending
  • 1 heaping Tbsp freeze dried Acai Berry
  • Toppings:
  • Chia seeds
  • Fresh Fruit: blueberries strawberries, pineapple, bananas..ect
  • Rolled Oats
  • Peanut butter
  • Coconut

Method
 

  1. Place frozen strawberries, blueberries, almond milk and Acai berry powder into a blender and blend until smooth. Add almond milk to ensure it continues to blend. The mixture should be thicker than a regular smoothie, more spoonable than drinkable.
  2. This makes 2 large bowls or 4 smaller bowls. Place in a bowl and top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
