Cranberry Chia Pudding Cups

Ingredients
  

  • cups 420 ml organic unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 tablespoons 84 g chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons 60 g maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon 4.2 g vanilla extractp (120 g) unsweeten
  • ½ cued cranberry sauce

Method
 

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir very well to distribute chia seeds evenly.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Stir after 30 minutes if possible to prevent clumping.
  3. Layer chia pudding with cranberry sauce in glasses or jars to create parfaits.
