Lavender Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup water for the syrup
  • 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
  • 3 large lemons about ¾ cup fresh juice
  • 4 cups water for the lemonade

Method
 

  1. Combine sugar, 1 cup of water, and dried lavender in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 to 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and strain out the lavender pieces. Set the syrup aside.
  4. Roll and juice the 3 lemons into a large pitcher.
  5. Add 4 cups of water to the lemon juice.
  6. Stir in the lavender simple syrup and mix well.
  7. Serve over ice and enjoy!
