Method
- Combine sugar, 1 cup of water, and dried lavender in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 2 to 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain out the lavender pieces. Set the syrup aside.
- Roll and juice the 3 lemons into a large pitcher.
- Add 4 cups of water to the lemon juice.
- Stir in the lavender simple syrup and mix well.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
