Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz [453.6 g] Brussels Sprouts Halved
  • 2 tbsp [28 g] Avocado Oil
  • 2 tbsp [40 g] Maple Syrup
  • 0.5 tsp [1.15 g] Cinnamon
  • 1 dash [0.63 ml] Kosher Salt To taste
  • 1 dash [0.15 g] Black Pepper To taste
  • 0.5 cup halves [54 g] Pecans

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C)
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with avocado oil, maple syrup,
  3. cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  5. 4.Add pecans, stir, and roast for an additional 5 minutes
  6. until crispy and golden. Add additional salt and
  7. pepper to taste.
