Naked Greek Turkey Burger with Feta Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 3 slices whole wheat bread processed into bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano 1-2tsp dried oregano
  • 1 ish Tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1/4 chicken broth

Method
 

  1. For the Burgers:
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  3. Using 1/4 cup measuring cup, place onto hot griddle (with a little butter or oil to keep from sticking) and spread out burger using your fingers or back of measuring cup
  4. Cook about 5 min on each side
  5. Place on bed of salad and top with Feta Cucumber salad (above)
