Ingredients
  

  • 12 date pitted [288 g] Medjool Dates
  • 1.25 cup halves [135 g] Pecans
  • 1 tsp [4.2 g] Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 tsp [1.15 g] Cinnamon
  • 1 dash [0.63 ml] Kosher Salt
  • 3 tbsp [18 g] Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

Method
 

  1. .Add dates and pecans to a food processor. Pulse until
  2. crumbly.
  3. 2.Add vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt. Process until
  4. mixture sticks together.
  5. Roll into 12 small balls.
  6. Roll each bite in shredded coconut.
  7. Refrigerate 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
