Salmon Cobb Salad

- 4 ounces smoked salmon sliced
- 1 hard-boiled egg sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 avocado diced
- 1 slice cooked bacon crumbled
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoon sliced red onion
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh Vinaigrette Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Prepare The Salad
