Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 tbsp 21 g olive oil
  • 16 oz 453.6 g crimini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves 6 g garlic, minced
  • 3 tsp 2.4 g fresh thyme
  • Kosher or sea salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp 3.8 g fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon wedge optional

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and sauté 6–8 minutes until browned and golden.
  3. Stir in garlic, thyme, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat, finish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
