Sriracha Lime Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb of Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro minced
  • Juice from 1/4 a lime
  • Sriracha Vinaigrette:
  • 2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic very finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Course Sea Salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Method
 

  1. Remove end from Brussels Sprouts and half
  2. Prepare vinaigrette.
  3. Toss cut Brussels Sprouts with Vinaigrette
  4. Bake in oven at 400degree for 15-20minutes, check after 15 to make sure they aren't too brown
  5. Toss with cilantro and lime
  6. Serve and Enjoy!
