- Whisk the eggs with turmeric ,salt and black pepper, then pour them into the pan.
- Stir gently and toss in the greens, allowing them to wilt slightly.
- Once eggs are cooked to your liking, plate them and top with smoked salmon.
- Add a squeeze of lemon or extra seasoning for a flavor boost.
