- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut the tough ends off the asparagus, then slice into 1 to 1½-inch pieces.
- Cube the chicken breast into roughly 1-inch pieces for even cooking.
- Add the chicken, asparagus, onion, and garlic to a 9×13 baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Toss everything thoroughly so it’s evenly coated.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the asparagus is tender and the chicken is cooked through.
