Ingredients
  

  • 1 package frozen cauliflower organic if possible
  • 2 tablespoons EVOO or preferred oil
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt good-sized pinch
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper or liberal fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons–1/3 cup sweet onion diced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place frozen cauliflower on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Add salt, pepper, oil, and onion. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Bake for 20–30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown.
