30 Day Reset Q&A

It was so fun to jump on facebook live to answer some questions for my 30day participants and I was able to answer some questions from ladies who joined the live chat, it was so awesome!

In fact, I felt like this Facebook Live was on fire!  We covered so such juicy, important subject matter and I loved every minute!

Main Take-Aways:

  • Eating Healthy is good for everyone, regardless of if you are trying to gain weight or lose weight.
  • Hormones play a significant role in losing weight (or not).  If your weight isn’t significantly changing, just keep going and once your hormones reset, you will start seeing results.  If after 6 weeks you still haven’t started getting results, contact me because there is probably some specific adjustments that need to happen both in your action and your perception to start seeing results.  But with the right shifts, results will happen!
  • SO MUCH of weight loss and body change mental and emotional…you need to make those changes along with making diet and exercise changes.
