5 Must-do Healthy Morning Habits

Create a successful, happy and peaceful day,  every day, by starting out with these 5 positive morning habits!

1.Meditation/Quiet Time – Create some quiet space to connect with yourself and your thoughts everyday.  THis is always a great place to create an intention for the day.

2. Practice Gratitude  – I learned this awesome tip from the late Wayne Dyer,  I say thank you, thank you, thank you, for a few things in my life before I even set foot out of bed! Abundance and growth only come when you can see and are grateful for what you already have in your life.

3. Make your Bed – This may sound silly and simple, but it is a great way to start off the day with a positive action you can see.  It also makes the room feel neater and our internal world often reflects our external world and vise versa! (read more about this here)

4.  Move your Body – This can be a 3 mile run or a 10 minute stretching or Yoga session, whatever you do, it’s so wonderful to get your body ignited and your blood pumping.

5. Eat a Healthy Breakfast – I know the mornings can be hectic, but fueling and nourishing your body sets you up for success throughout your day!  Not only does it provide glucose and nutrients to allow your brain to start working optimally, it also keeps you from getting too hungry and overeating throughout the rest of the day. These 5 habits will set you up for success every day…and when you start creating successful (on your terms), happy, healthy days, you will start creating and living a life you love!
