Chocolate Coconut Protein Bites

Need a snack? Try my balls. ????

I’m sorry! I just couldn’t help it,  I like a teenage boy! ???? Ahhh, no matter how old I get potty talk will always be funny or is it just me? But don’t tell my kids, because I am always telling them to stop “potty talking”.

Ok, I am ready to be a grown-up.  If you are looking for a delicious, healthful, high protein snack, these chocolate coconut protein bites are awesome. We made these protein bites for a post-workout fueling series we are doing over at Driven, so head over THERE for all more information about the importance of post-workout refueling. Serena (our performance dietitian) is talking   about the who, when and whys of performance nutrition, and its really awesome and useful information!

These are delicious little treats, but be careful because it’s really easy to over-indulge in these little gems.  Be mindful of your portion and limit your servings to 2-3 bites as a pretty substantial snack.
