Garlic Sautéed Green Beans
I am always looking for easy, simple, but delicious veggies sides, when I am not feelin’ my go-to veggie Roasted Cauliflower.
Garlic Sautéed Green Beans is a favorite vegetable side, especially in the summer with fresh green beans are in season! The only drawback to fresh green beans is that you have to snap them, but it’s really worth the effort since they are so delicious!
So those of you who have never “snapped beans”, here’s how it is done.
You grab each bean by the end and snap it off.
I snap off both ends, just to make sure the hard tough parts are gone, but some people only snap the end that has the stem. Don’t worry, you can tell the difference in the ends, but if in doubt, just pop them both off!
Discard the ends and now get to cookin’!
