Do you want to know how I find more time in my day?

It also brings me so much peace and contentment, and I think everyone should do it! Not exactly the way I do, but some very version of it.

That little secret is my early morning routine. First, I love my early mornings, and I learned years ago that this time is the golden hour or three that allows me to set the course of my day.

This is when I meditate, exercise, and sometimes pick up the house/water my plants/walk my dogs/journal…whatever I need to feel centered. And this allows me to set the intention and emotional flow for my day so I can live on purpose.
