How To: Consistency, the key to doing all the things!

Consistency is the key to creating lasting change in your life. It’s simple, but just because it’s simple doesn’t mean it’s easy. SO I made a simple way to create consistency in your life!

Decide:

Create a plan to achieve your goal. It doesn’t have to be perfect, because I guarantee you will change it as you establish your new habits.

Implement:

 Begin

Practice:

Do something daily to get you towards your goal. Maybe it’s weight loss. Eat more vegetables and keep a diary to help you identify your habits. Perhaps you want to run a 5K, download a coach to 5K program, and start. Stretch on your non-running days.

You are practicing Consistently and working towards your goal.

Progress:

Access your practice (with gentleness and self-love). Is it working for you? Are you seeing the results you want?

Patience.

You will not reach your goal overnight, but you will see results over time if you are consistent. The journey will prepare you to make these changes life long habits. (Is what you are doing sustainable?)

You may find that you slip up and miss the mark along with this progression. Maybe you find that you have fallen back into your old dietary habits. Well, that’s part of it. Progress is never linear. You WILL the mark sometimes, you learn from this, and you begin again. But you will be stronger and find that you are still further along than when you started, and that, my friend, is how EVERYONE progresses. Me, you, your friend, Beyonce’, that perfect-bod Instagram influencer, everyone.

This is the way… (If you know, you know)

Be Consistent

You can have the most brilliant plan, but you won’t see the progress if you don’t execute consistently.

Be Consistent. You will get there.
