Hummus-Stuffed-Mini-Peppers

I love hummus.

It is often at the top of my snacking and quick meal list at home. But it is also one of my go-to appetizer ideas when bringing something to share to a party or football tailgate. And hummus is super healthy, full fo fiber, protein, and nutrients. In fact heaping spoonfuls (#TwoSpoons) of Sabra hummus a day will fulfill your bean recommendation for the week! Now one of my favorite flavor combination is hummus with cut vegetables, especially sweet bell peppers. So when I was in the store and I saw these cute little sweet bell peppers, I just knew right away, they must be stuffed with hummus and topped with goat cheese to bring to my next party!
