Fish is one of my favorite meals, it’s healthy, delicious and can be made so many ways! This is an easy peasy one… just slap some spices on, throw it in the oven and presto you have an easy healthy main dish!
I have some frozen Tilapia that I thawed. Put about 2Tbsp oil. You definitely need some added oil on this one, otherwise this low-fat fish will be very dry.
Season Fish with cumin, coriander, salt and pepper on both sides of the fillets. Finely chop about 1/4-1/2 cup of fresh cilantro and sprinkle on the top. Squeeze about 1/2 a large lime over the top. Bake in 375degree oven for 25-35 minutes, until fish is fork-flaky.
You can have this with a side salad or steamed broccoli. It is also really yummy with a side of couscous.
Enjoy!
