You don’t need a million, but these are staples I stand behind.

  • Magnesium Glycinate – For stress, sleep, and muscle recovery. Calm in a capsuleor powder. (I usually recommend powder because magnesium glycinate is a big molecule, so it takes a lot of capsules to hit the recommended 400mg. A scoop of powder is much easier!)
  • Omega-3 Fish Oil Great for brain health, mood, and inflammation support.
  • Vitamin D3 + K2 – Most people are low in D, and it plays a crucial role in everything from immune health to hormone balance. Get it checked by your doctor—or check it yourself with this OTC test.
  • Collagen Peptides – Easy protein boost for skin, joints, and gut health. I like this one because it also has hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. But you can also go with a simple, straight-up collagen powder.
  • Probiotic Capsules – You know I’m ALL about gut health! And probiotics are a key part of that. I really like this broad-spectrum, high-quality probiotic.
  • Fiber Supplement Fiber is the food for our gut bacteria. I often recommend a fiber supplement to support both constipation and diarrhea—think of it as gut insurance. I like this one because it mixes well, is sweetened with stevia, and uses natural coloring.
