Your Gut is the root of your health. Essentially, Your GI bacteria (and other microbes) modulates and influences your enteric nervous system and immune system to impact all areas of emotional and physical health.
 
Many of us walk around with various digestive upset, (IBS, heartburn, constipation, bloating, diarrhea…etc) and this has become so constant in our lives that we think it’s normal, but it’s not. Yes, occasional digestive issues are normal, but constant upset is not.
