Ok, so garlic is awesome, right? Delicious, nutritious, and makes everything better right? Yes, but it is also kind of a ordeal to prepare too. Its no big deal if only need a few cloves, but takes for-eeeeverrr to smash and peel a lot of garlic when preparing for a big meal like at Thanksgiving or Christmas.
