The Menu:

Monday:  Turkey Burgers with sweet potato fries and Roasted Broccoli

Tuesday: Simply Delicious Baked Chicken with Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

Wednesday: Vegetable Quesadillas

Thursday: Cod baked in Oven Roasted Bell Pepper sauce, over brown rice with Spinach Salad

Friday: 1st week of School is in the Bag!  We are Celebrating with Pizza from our favorite local Pizza Place!

Saturday: One Pot Pad Thai with cut-up vegetables (what?  it’s Saturday night, I am limiting dirty dishes!)

Sunday: Zucchini and Sausage Stove Top Casserole from Taste of Home
