Monday: Ole’ Shepard’s Pie with Roasted Broccoli

Tuesday: Tuscan Kale with Sausage and Pasta with Side salad and vinaigrette Dressing

Wednesday:  Spiced Pear and Raisin Chicken with Roasted Asparagus

Thursday: Christmas Eve Feast – Feast of Seven Fishes. When I am in charge of our Christmas celebration, I like to explore other people’s traditions. So this year our palates are traveling to Southern Italy with the Feast of Seven Fishes. Because we are having a fairly small group, I am making a meal of small bits and instead of 7 full dishes

Here is my Menu:

Tomato Toast with Sardines and Mint from Eating Well

        Boiled Shrimp

        Shrimp Scampi (1/2 my recipe) with pasta

        Smoked Salmon Nicoise +plus spinach for Salad

       Steamed Clams

      Oyster Bisque

      Baked Cod with creamy Tomato Sauce – Experimenting with this one, will let you know how it goes

      Sauteed Italian Green Beans

      Dessert brought by guests

Friday: Christmas Day – Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Turnips, Roasted Smashed Potatoes and Pear Gorgonzola Salad

Saturday:  Away from home. Eating out!

Sunday: Chicken Verde Tacos with Roasted Broccoli
