The Weekly Menu: December 7 – 13

Menu + Inspiration

Holiday Menu Planning

The Holiday season is in full swing.  Which for us means parties, fun runs, Holiday festivals, and gift buying…among other things!  I have learned from experience that if I let it, things can get a bit overwhelming and the Joy of the season can feel, um less joyful. So Remember “busy” is a choice.  Yes, there is a lot going on, but make sure you set boundaries and choose to spend your time doing things you want to do, not just what you feel you should do.  So, if you start to feel a case of the “Bah Humbugs”, take a step back and look what you are doing and make some changes. Trust me, I know all about this from personal experience, so I am trying to stay very mindful about where,  how and with who  I spend my time and energy,  and I am being purposeful about building in some “fill my cup” time.

Remember you are the engine that drives your life, so take care of it!  Happy Holidays, friends!

Bit O’ Inspiration

A word on fretting about the future…

It's not the future you're afraid of. You're afraid of repeating the past

Do you want your future to look different from your past? Simple, rewrite your story.  Regardless of circumstances, your story is completely within your control. Believe in yourself.  I #believe in you!  #YouGotThis

Believe in your own magic and create something magical this week!

XOXO,

Sally
