Thursday: Tomato and Asparagus Quiche from Robinsbite.com. I love Quiche and this looks delecious, super quick and healthy! Perfect for a weeknight…in fact, I think I will prep it the night before and then just pour the egg mixture on just before it goes in the oven making it a super quick prep meal!
Friday: Pear and Gorgonzola Spinach Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette. With Grilled Chicken on the Side
Saturday: Open-Faced Cheese Hamburgers with Roasted Cauliflower
Sunday: Good Ole Shepherd’s Pie (made with ground turkey) and steamed peas
