Monday: Happy Birthday to my Husband Andy!  Tonight I am making his Favorite, Lasagna (x3 1 for tonight and 2 for the freezer) with Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

Tuesday: Turkey and Rice with Roasted Vegetables and Spinach Salad on the side

Wednesday: Creamy Tomato Basil Soup with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Thursday: Green Chili Chicken Wraps  (Gluten free wraps) with Sriracha Lime Brussels Sprouts

Friday:  Breakfast for Dinner: Bacon, eggs, Pancakes and cut up fruit. – I ???? breakfast for dinner!

Saturday:  Dinner at a friend’s house! 🙂

Sunday: Crockpot Bourbon Chicken from spendwithpennies.com.  This looks delicious and easy…and did you see it’s in a crockpot, perfect for an easy Sunday! will serve this with rice and spinach salad.
