The Weekly Menu gold Bursts

After two weeks of Holidays and travel, we are back to school and our normal routine this week.  Although I love all the jazz and decorations of the holidays, I am glad to be back to the normal routine.  How are about you?  Are you glad things are getting back in the normal or do you miss the Holidays already?

The Menu

Monday: Shrimp Scampi with Roasted Broccoli After being in Shrimp heaven on Christmas eve, my son has been requesting more Shrimp on the menu

Tuesday: Chicken Tortilla Soup  with Spinach Salad on the side

Wednesday: Lime Cilantro Baked Fish with Black Bean and Rice and Squash

Thursday: Lentil Chili â€“ I haven’t made this in a long time! This is the perfect, just throw it in the Crockpot meal! 🙂

Friday:  Pizza night! Celebrating our first week back to school!

Saturday:  Easy Peasy Tacos with Fresh Veggies on the side

Sunday:  Greek Chicken and Rice Bowl
