The Weekly Menu: June 15 – 21

The Weekly Menu Mustache

Last Week…

This past week was the first week of summer!  Yay! My two older kiddos had their first taste of the Theater (In my best thespian voice) in a theater camp put on by a local High School, they had so much fun!  And my munchkin had lots of alone time with  me and had her very own special slumber with grandma and grandpa this week!  She felt really special!  And then of course we had to squeeze in some pool time. Oh man, I just love summer!!

And of course we had to squeeze in lots of  pool time and relearn the complicated art of applying sunscreen, it always amazes me the learning curve that happens at the beginning of very summer.  #summertimeproblems

Quote of the Week: Best Way to Predict the Future is to Create it.  So true! This nugget of wisdom was shared by a JoyfulWarrior on Instagram.  Thanks, Sarah!

And in case you missed it, here is what was on the blog this week.

Whats on The Life Menu for this Week!

Tomorrow starts the 3rd week of The Joyfulwarrior 30day Challange!  These past two weeks have been incredible and so unbelievably inspiring!   Thanks to all the Joyful Warriors around the world who has made this a life-changing 15days!!  You Rock Warrior!  Tomorrow marks the half way point of the challenge and I thought it would be fun to mix things up a bit. So for day 15, I challenge you to Pay it forward. #Payitforwardday  We have been filling our own cups and each others cups for these past  2 weeks and now I want you  to share the love outside of our little tribe.  So in addition to taking 10minutes (or more) for yourself  tomorrow, spread the love to others around you.  You can “do” something for someone you know or  go out of your way say something kind to a stranger or call up someone you love to tell them how much you appreciate them or all of the above! Get Creative!   Everyone has been super creative so far,  about the ways in which you have honored and loved yourselves, so now I want you to be super creative about how you will honor and love those around you!

Share your Light!

Thanks for Being Awesome Warriors!
