The Menu:
Monday: Easy Baked Penne Pasta with Steamed Peas
Tuesday: Turkey with Rice and Roasted Vegetables
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Broccoli and Cheese Soup from Creme de la Crumb (such a cute name!_ – I found this on Pinterest and I gotta try it, will be holding the butter, but using full fat cream cheese and 2% milk. Also will be subbing gluten free all-purpose flour to make it Gluten free. .
Thursday: Cajun black beans with Rice
Friday: Cilantro lime fish tacos recipe with lettuce and avocados on corn tortillas with Sriracha Brussel Sprouts…these sound like a great addition to these Fish tacos
Saturday: Turkey Meatball Subs with Side Salad
Sunday: Smothered pork chops With a side of Roasted broccoli

This is so true. Sometimes things in life are hard, really hard, but we have can either, remain standing, have faith in ourselves and learn some valuable lessons or we succumb to the struggle and get stuck there. It’s all a choice. What’s your choice?
