Monday: Meatloaf with Veggies and Roasted Broccoli

Tuesday: Chicken Verde Tacos with Avocado and Tomato salad

Wednesday: Kale White Bean and Tomato Sorghum soup from Nutrition Staring You – I am excited about trying Sorghum for the first time, I have read so many great things about it!  Yum!

Thursday: Sweet Potato and Blackbean Quesadillas from Nutritioulicious.com.  These are perfect make-ahead and take with us on our full Thursday night

Friday:  TGIF!  Looking for something quick and easy!  Easy Pizza Toasts from Sara Haas RDN, are perfect!

Saturday: Baked Dijon Chicken Tenders with Side salad

Sunday: Simply delicious Baked Chicken with Roast Sweet Potato Soup from Healthy Aperture
