The Weekly Menu - Fall Leaf

Happy Fall, my friends!

On The Menu:

Monday:  Thai Coconut Curry

Tuesday: Pear and Gorgonzola with Champagne Vinaigrette Dressing with left over Simply Delicious Baked Chicken from Sunday

Wednesday: Roasted Ratatouille over Pasta

Thursday: Cajun Black Beans and Rice with Turkey Sausage in CP.  This is a super full night, so a CP meal is really helpful!

Friday!  Breakfast for Dinner!  Chai Apple Pancakes with Scrambled eggs and cut up fruit.

Saturday: Creamy Beef Noodle Bake from Together as a Family – I have made this before and it’s delicious and super easy for a Saturday night, I will leave out the extra cheese at the end to decrease the cheese content just a bit 🙂

Sunday: Citrus Fish Tacos from TasteandTell.com, these look Ammaaazing and so easy!
