Ok, so I am pretty obsessed lately with creating simple, healthy delicious meals that make busy family evenings of practices, meetings and events more manageable. Last week I showed you my really easy and delicious Crockpot Philly Cheese Steak and this week, I am using my Turkey Meatballs and Marinara Sauce to make these simple, delicious and healthy Turkey Meatball Subs.
These are really easy. You can either heat them up on the stove-top or in the Microwave or place the frozen meatballs and sauce in a crockpot to warm all day while you are away, then you can just put them together on the fly to be enjoyed at home or away at your practice, meeting or event. These don’t have any vegetables, so make sure you pack side salads or cut-up vegetables to enjoy on the side. #veggiesareboss
